Selected Question:
What are some of the ways to get people that are visiting our Church to attend Cell Groups?
Answer:
Answered by Little Falls Christian Centre

Personal contact has always been the best method to get people to visit Home Cells. What we do is to get all the visitors at our Church to fill in a visitor’s card. At the beginning of each celebration or during the announcements we ask the congregation if anyone is visiting for the first time. We get these visitors to raise their hands. Our ushers then give each visitor a visitors card. The card has sections that the visitor fills in. The details that we require are minimal - the visitors residential address and contact details and details about their family. On the Monday after the Celebration services, a Pastor will contact the visitor to see what their impressions of the Church and in so doing initiate a contact. During this telephonic conversation, the visitor is asked if he would agree to having a Cell Leader contact them. If they agree, then the visitors information is passed on to a Cell Leader. The Cell Leader will then contact the visitor with the idea of being able to make an appointment to go see the visitor. From this initial visit the visitor is then invited to attend a Home Cell. Usually the visitors are really impressed by the attention and the percentage retention of visitors into Home Cells is very good.
