You start by reading a couple of books.
The first book that is a must read is WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? By Ralph W.Neighbour, Touch Publications.
Secondly, a good book but only after reading the first one is NATURAL CHURCH DEVELOPMENT by Christian Schwartz.
Another book that is of a similar nature are the SECOND REFORMATION by Bill Beckham.
All of these books are available from CELL CHURCH INTERNATIONAL or TOUCH USA.
Secondly, you need to find out about an ACT seminar described in one of the questions mentioned and attend the course, you will not be sorry.
Thirdly, you need a mentor. A Church that has already transitioned that is close to you. If there is none available then we will try our best to mentor you.
What you dont do is try and start Cell groups in your Church until you really have a good working knowledge of what to do.
